Hi there!
I’m Kelly Quinn and I’m so excited to welcome you to my blog, a space where we’ll dive into all things holistic health, wellness, and personal growth. Whether you’re here to learn practical tips for improving your well-being, explore insights into my journey as a graduate student and aspiring Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), or connect with like-minded individuals, I’m thrilled to have you along for the ride.
Who Am I?
A little about me: I’m a health enthusiast, lifelong learner, and advocate for empowering people to live their healthiest, happiest lives. My path has been anything but linear, but it’s the twists and turns that have brought me to where I am today. I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!) with the goal of earning my RDN license. This journey allows me to dive deeper into the science of nutrition and how it intertwines with mental, physical, and emotional health.
I am also a proud graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), where I received my certification as a health coach. Through IIN, I discovered the incredible power of holistic health—the idea that our well-being is influenced by everything from the food we eat to the relationships we nurture, the careers we pursue, and even our connection to ourselves.
I currently serve as a Medical Services Officer in the Georgia Army National Guard, where I’ve honed my leadership skills, supported Soldiers in high-pressure situations, and developed a deep appreciation for service and community.
