Hospitality, my first love

I spent 15 years behind the bar, working in spaces where food and hospitality were elevated to an art form. From Gato by Bobby Flay to the reopening of The Campbell with Gerber Group, I learned what truly sets an experience apart. It is not just the food or the drink. It is the intention behind it, the quality of the ingredients, and the way it makes people feel.

Working in these environments shaped my palate, my standards, and my appreciation for detail. I learned how to recognize balance, how to spot quality, and how to understand the difference between something that looks good and something that is actually worth it.

Now, I bring that perspective into everything I share. I love discovering food that delivers, whether it is a beautifully executed dish or a simple meal done right. More importantly, I love sharing those finds with others in a way that is honest, thoughtful, and grounded in real experience.
